Tobbe Janson This is where the transition began into the totally perfect line-up of today! And the musical direction towards the perfected perfection of EE: Full Power is laid out as well! An important album and one of utter beauty! Favorite track: Hope You Made It.

Martin Smith As a lover of prog for most of my life and as I rapidly reach my 61st year, I am frequently discovering wonderful bands, many of whom have been around for some years but unknown to me. Big Big Train are one of those bands, and I really love the fantastic music they produce. What could be better than a brisk walk through the Welsh countryside in the evening sun accompanied by this excellent band.

Signals go to ground... For me there is no hope at all. I speak of every day of my life, I speak of being alone. Stars burn through the coins on my eyes. One last look around the house before it blows before I go to ground. The Difference Machine flies, you can see stars right through it your mum or your dad or your kids or the love of your life bring light to the dark spaces between us. Stars burn through the coins on my eyes. Signals go to ground, distant empty space. Take on the skyline, take on the deserts, one more time, one last time. The Difference Machine flies, you can see stars right through us.

Draw close and listen up these words may never reach you, it doesn't matter it's the road you're on. We climbed up on a hill to see a little further down below a mist hung over the fields. And the stars are falling away like raindrops on glass, further apart, slowly spinning dark. These words may never reach you, it doesn't matter it's the road you're on. They wanted to go into the field they wanted to go into the mist sometimes it's better looking from the outside in. We're falling to dust like a butterfly in a rainstorm, broken kid's heart slowly spinning dark. The drawing down of finished things, you can almost taste the pain you can almost touch it - pick up if you're there. Look for the cranes along the skyline you will find the open sea breaking waves along the shore pebbles scattered on a beach. There's a star for everyone look out for mine and hold on. There's a star for everyone too many fall, too many fade. One by one the signals fail the sky is full of comets' tails - pick up if you're there.

The white sheets and the sun gold on the curves and the spaces Rain falls on dry ground you can almost taste it. One by one you'll feel like life will break you One by one you'll feel like life escapes you The sun rise and the stars fall down like salt and water The day you came for the rest of your things I hope you made it Mercury falling over the snow fields The passage of time as the notes in the margins The last day of summer The last day you loved her. One by one you'll feel like life will break you One by one you'll feel like life escapes you

I'm all hollowed out just making up the numbers signals breaking up I am out of luck can't keep it all together anymore. The sky made brilliant by the falling stars, the stars like rainfall to ground. The ground is frozen underneath my feet the ground is frozen underneath me and it's uneven ground and every girl's footfalls sound like yours. The last moment of departure, the road home. The sky made brilliant by the falling stars, the stars like rainfall to ground. The ground is frozen underneath my feet the ground is frozen underneath me. Winter is coming the leaves have all fallen to the ground. Out on the skyline I hope that this finds you safe and sound. Do you remember those summers? Days without end exploding into fire. The days without end could be here again, extraordinary again. Not why I came but you were the answer unspoken. Not my real meaning but you were the lifeline broken. Do you remember those summers? Days without end exploding into fire. The days without end could be here again, extraordinary again.

Winter falls too early, there's love amongst the pain laughter with the rain. Stars may fade to nothing or carve out a space on the skyline in our hearts. Where did you come from where will you go to? Don't go away. Signals fail a moment of time, lost, home, salt water, silence. Where did you come from where will you go to? Don't go away.
